What Is Face Recognition Attendance?
A face recognition attendance system records when people arrive and leave by recognising their face at a tablet or camera, instead of a card, fingerprint or paper sheet. It is contactless, fast at busy shift changes, and much harder to fake than signing in for someone else.

- Companies with many sites: branches, stores, project sites or warehouses where supervisors can't check attendance in person.

How It Works
Each person enrols once with a few photos. At check-in, the system matches the face, runs a liveness check so a photo can't be used, and records the time and location. Rules for shifts, lateness and overtime run automatically, and supervisors see live attendance across sites.
What Drives the Cost
The number of people and sites, hardware (tablets or cameras), offline needs at sites with weak internet, shift rules, and integration with payroll or HR systems. We start with one or two sites.
Privacy and Consent
Facial data is personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022). Employees should give consent, know how their data is used, and the data should be stored securely and only as long as needed. We design the system with that in mind.
