Dashboards and Enterprise Tools, Explained

Why Internal Tools Deserve Good UX

Internal tools are used for hours every day. A confusing screen costs time on every task, errors in every report and patience in every team. Designing them with the people who use them pays back faster than almost any other product work.

What We’ve Built

  • Trakindo e-CSMS: contractor safety checks moved from manual forms and email threads to a real-time dashboard for compliance tracking, document checks and a clear overview for senior management.
  • Bank Mandiri: a slow, poorly connected wholesale management system redesigned and integrated into one streamlined platform.
  • Bank BTN Cash Management System: an outdated UI revamped without confusing the corporate clients who already rely on it, usability-tested with 10 corporate-client participants.
  • AI dashboards: sales conversations scored for 50+ staff across 8+ stores, attendance for 16+ departments, and display analytics per store.

How We Work

  1. Research the daily work: interviews and observation with the people who use the tool.
  2. Design the flows, the screens and the roles, then test them as prototypes.
  3. Build in-house, connected to your systems.
  4. Roll out in stages, with training material when needed.
  5. Measure time on task and errors, then improve.

What Drives the Cost

The number of roles and screens, the systems to integrate, data and security requirements, and how the tool is rolled out. We scope it after a short call.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of dashboards do you build?

Operations, compliance, sales and analytics dashboards, plus the admin panels and internal platforms behind apps and campaigns.

Can you redesign our existing internal system?

Yes. We start with the people who use it every day, so the new version is faster without confusing anyone who relies on the old one.

Can the dashboard connect to our current systems?

Yes. We integrate with the systems and data you already use.

Do you design for different roles?

Yes. Each role sees what it needs, from field staff to senior management.

Do you work with banks and regulated companies?

Yes, including Bank Mandiri and Bank BTN, with their security and approval processes.

Can you add AI to a dashboard?

Yes. We build AI that reads camera, chat or sales data and shows the result in the dashboard.

How much does an enterprise tool cost?

It depends on the roles, screens, integrations and rollout. We scope it after a short call.
