Interactive Booths, Explained

What Makes a Booth Work?

A booth works when people understand it from a few metres away, can finish it in a minute or two, and leave with something: a result, a photo, a reward. One clear mechanic beats many features.

Booth Types That Pull a Crowd

  • Motion games: a maze or a race controlled by the body, like Illumazed with 1,205 participants.
  • Phone-controlled games: visitors race with their own phone as the controller.
  • Photo booths with rewards: a photo plus loyalty points, with 1,337 participants in 3 days.
  • Reward machines: play, then redeem, like The Vault with around 75% participation.
  • Phygital stamp rallies: booth visits counted on the phone, with 29.7k submissions for Samsung.

What Drives the Cost

The mechanic and how custom the hardware is, the number of booths and event days, content and rewards, the on-site crew, and the data you need. We scope each booth after a short call.

What You Get at the End

Live numbers during the event, and a report after: participants, completions, rewards claimed and anything else the brand wants to measure.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an interactive booth?

A booth where visitors do something, such as play a game, take a personal photo or collect stamps, instead of only looking at a display, and leave with a result or a reward.

How much does an interactive booth cost?

It depends on the mechanic, custom hardware, the number of booths and days, content, rewards, crew and reporting. We scope it after a short call.

Do you run the booth on site?

Yes. Our own crew sets up, runs and fixes the booth during the event.

Can the booth travel to several cities?

Yes. We build booths to be packed, set up and recalibrated for roadshows.

How do you measure results?

Participants, completions, rewards and anything the brand asks for, counted live and reported after the event.

Can you combine a booth with loyalty or a stamp rally?

Yes. Many of our booths connect to points, stamp rallies or a redemption machine.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on how custom the hardware is. We plan it after a short call and prototype early.

Do the booths need internet?

Live dashboards and online features need a connection; the system can save data on the booth and sync it later if the connection slows down.
