UI/UX Design, Explained
UI and UX: What’s the Difference?
UX (user experience) is how the product works: the flows, the structure and how easy it is to finish a task. UI (user interface) is how it looks and feels: layout, type, colour and components. Good products need both, in that order: a beautiful screen in the wrong flow still loses users.
How We Design a Product
- Research: we start with the people who will use it, through interviews, usability tests on the current product and the data you already have.
- Flows and structure: we map the tasks and cut the steps that don’t need to be there.
- Wireframes and prototypes: we test the flow with users while it is still cheap to change.
- UI and design system: the final look, built as reusable components.
- Build and measure: we hand over to your developers or build it with ours, then measure what changed.
What You Get
- Research findings and user flows.
- A clickable Figma prototype, tested with real users.
- Final UI screens for mobile and web.
- A design system your team can reuse.
- Design QA during development.

What does a UI/UX design agency do?
It researches how people use a product, designs the flows and the interface, tests them with real users and works with developers until the product ships.
What’s the difference between UI and UX design?
UX is how the product works: flows, structure and ease of use. UI is how it looks: layout, type, colour and components. We design both, starting with UX.
Do you design in Figma?
Yes. Flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI and design systems are delivered in Figma, ready for your developers.
Can you redesign an existing app?
Yes. We usually start with a usability test of the current app, so the redesign fixes what really bothers users.
Do you also build the app?
Yes. Our developers can build it, or we hand over to your team with specs and design QA.
Do you design for iOS and Android?
Yes, and for web. We follow each platform’s conventions where it helps users.
How long does a UI/UX project take?
It depends on the size of the product. We plan it after a short call, and test in small rounds so you see progress early.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We often work alongside product and engineering teams, and leave a design system they can keep using.
